CSS Min Height Hack

I came across this snippet of CSS a few years ago and still use it so thought I’d share.

It’s a min-height hack that allows you to set a height then once content goes beyond that point the height increases to suit. It works well in all modern browsers too.

Credit to Dustin Diaz which is where I originally got this hack, trust me it works ūüôā

selector
{
    min-height: 500px;
    height: auto !important;
    height: 500px;
